Before You Submit
Please make sure your proposal:
- Reflects The Bedford Education Foundation’s mission by introducing an innovative or creative idea.
- Includes clear goals and outcomes, along with a plan to evaluate the project’s success.
- Provides a detailed budget outlining the costs needed to implement the project.
- Aligns with school priorities, including school improvement plans and the Superintendent’s goals.
- Uses district-approved vendors for all purchases.
- Includes required approvals. Technology equipment proposals must be submitted to the Systems Administrator at least 10 days before the application deadline to confirm compatibility with Bedford Public Schools technology.
Important Reminders
- The Bedford Education Foundation grants are intended to support innovative initiatives beyond what is typically funded through the school budget.
- Grant-funded purchases must be completed before June 1 of the current school year.
- Grant recipients must share project outcomes, provide a digital photo, and complete a final project report to remain eligible for future grants.
